This is just a quick post to test that the site migrated over to my home server correctly

the site is now running on a Ubuntu 24.04 VM on proxmox using Ghost as the platform for the blog

update 10-10-2025 got approved for adsense so if anyone sees any terrible or scam ads please lmk so I can block them lol

update 11-10-2025 added a toggle for dark mode in the top right of the blog
update 11-10-25 again had to remove the dark mode as it caused issues with posts not showing correctly
